probation for speeding. If you have to drive slow(speed limit) and have crapped out, slippery tires so you can't downshift thru every gear like usual, and you can't floor it around ppl in town w/o the back end stepping out.... you have some amazing things happen.... like you get 26.8 mpg over the course of a trip to Oklahoma!!!!! WOW!! I have never gotten better than 24.5mpg before, and for the last year or so have been getting about 21.5 consistently. So I got an almost 25% increase in fuel economy by having to drive 10mph slower and take it easy on the gas 'cause of shot tires. I never would have thought my driving style made THAT much difference to my mpg! Well, that's it, that's the story....go back to what you were doing now....... =) Mike
